General Terms of Use

1. GENERAL

2. SPECIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

All available products meet European standards as defined by Greek and European legislation. The technical characteristics and other elements of the available products are defined by the respective manufacturer. The buyer is responsible for informing about the exact specifications and technical characteristics of the products available. The posting of information and technical characteristics in NTOUSAKIS, is done with every reservation and is in accordance with the respective information published by each manufacturer for its product.

3. ORDER AND SHIPPING

People over the age of 18 have the right to order. In case of false or altered information, DOUSAKIS does not bear any responsibility and charges the buyer with the shipping costs of the item. The order is valid, after the required fields are filled in the electronic order form of DOUSAKIS. 4. PRICE LIST

Prices include VAT (24%). By confirming the order, the buyer finalizes that he will receive the product at the accepted price, even if the price of the product is changed in the future. In case of incorrect registration regarding the price of the product, DOUSAKIS will immediately inform the buyer and reserves the right to cancel his order.

5. METHODS OF PAYMENT

4. Paypal

6. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS

The cost and responsibility of transporting the products are borne by the buyer. The amount of transport costs is determined by the respective cooperating distribution company (courier), based on its price list and is borne entirely by the buyer. The delivery of the products takes place in 24 hours from the moment of receipt by the distribution company and can be changed up to 48 hours depending on the kilometer distance (except in inaccessible areas). In case of special conditions and force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, holidays, etc.) DOUSAKIS does not bear any responsibility for the delay in delivery of the product.

Orders are sent throughout Greece, in collaboration with the courier company ACS, by arrangement. The minimum shipping costs are 3.00 euros and relate to special product categories up to 2kg.
Over 2kg, there is an additional charge of 1 € for each additional kilo. There is an additional charge for PO areas.
By registering your order electronically, you are informed by the system exactly about the shipping cost.

7. GUARANTEES

The products are accompanied by a guarantee of each manufacturer as he specifies through his official dealership. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, drop, humidity, unauthorized service intervention and the product is automatically "out of warranty".

The D.O.A. provided to consumers for products that do not work upon receipt (Dead On Receipt / Delivery) by certain manufacturers. In order for this service to be valid, the product must be returned to the DOUSAKIS store (60 ANAPAFSEOS, 73135 CHANIA) within 7 days and the product will be replaced with the same. In case there is no stock for replacement, we will replace it with another one, of corresponding characteristics - possibilities or waiting for the receipt of a new stock.

Shipping charges, throughout the warranty, in case of defective product, are fully covered for return and return, by our company for one (1) replacement. (Does not apply in cases where the customer can send the product directly to the official service or for replacement.

In case a technical inspection is performed and the returned product is not defective, the customer will be charged the return and return shipping costs.

In case of defective product and within the warranty, after you send us the product with the above procedure, we in turn send it to our supplier. The process takes 5-45 working days (depending on the supplier).

8. PRODUCT RETURN - MARKET WITHDRAWAL

When the control of the data by the accounting is completed, estimated time 10 working days, a telephone communication will follow to proceed with the transfer. Note that in each case (receipt - shipment) only the legal representative can receive the order by presenting his police ID or passport for identification. Otherwise the recipient must provide authorization with the original signature (KEP, police department) and his identity card or passport.

11. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
